Understanding Funding Formulas: We help demystify the state’s funding formulas, ensuring schools receive the correct allocations.
Compliance and Reporting: Maintaining compliance with funding requirements is essential. We support schools in fulfilling reporting obligations and staying updated with regulatory changes.
Grant Opportunities: We provide alternate sources for federal and state grants, including the Planning & Implementation (CSP) Grant, which support the planning, program design, and initial implementation of charter schools.
Introducing Charter-Focused Funding Partners: These partnerships provide specialized bid support, sustainability planning, and more.

Funding for the nationwide program provides discounts of 20-90% of the cost of services, depending on the socioeconomic factors of the population served. The program guarantee discounts on Priority 1 services, and then allocates remaining funds for Priority 2 services to the neediest school districts.
The establishment and maintenance of the Charter School Facility Revolving Loan Program is authorized through SC Code of Laws, Section 59-40-175.
