We host regular Leadership Roundtables enabling peers to network, exchange best practices, and find shared solutions to common charter challenges. Our online Charter Marketplace offers group purchasing benefits across supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts. Special events like the annual conference, Leadership Summit, and job fairs connect charter leaders while facilitating idea exchange. We amplify the united voice of charters on important policy issues. Most importantly, we cultivate relationships and idea sharing among peers who understand the charter context. From human resources policies to student recruitment strategies and Responding to community needs, our alliance enables schools to collaborate rather than compete.
