    AIKEN, SC: With great excitement, Horse Creek Academy, a free public charter school, announces they have finalized a plan to expand their existing campus. Horse Creek Academy is using a $17.195 million bond issue through the SC Jobs-Economic Development Authority to finance the construction of a new upper school facility.
