In this energizing session, participants will learn how to “brew their own funding” by identifying, writing, and winning grants that directly align with their school’s mission and goals — without burning out their team in the process. From small local opportunities to major innovation grants, attendees will walk away with practical tools, templates, and timelines to make grant writing a sustainable part of their school’s growth strategy.
This session is designed for charter leaders who are ready to move beyond surviving on per-pupil funding and start building a sustainable model of innovation, community partnership, and opportunity.
