Our experience in acting as the “owners’ rep” covers more than $3 billion in school construction and renovation. We walk beside and guide the school owner, board, or responsible party with articulating what they want and need (the “vision”), what the path looks like (scope, schedule and budget), getting the right resources in place (architect, engineers, traffic studies, survey, etc.), and coordinating all of these activities for you during the entire process.
